I think you might not understand the definition of "butt hurt". Current owners are expressing their opinions on the update. No one's crying "oh, they ruined my 15-17 Mustang!" I think most current owners are pretty happy right now with what they have.

It's unfortunate. It looks like the just took all the rounded edges away, and made them sharp angles. Which is counter-productive to the curves the rest of the body has. But then they added roundness to the headlights...I'm so confused. I'd love to see a better lit picture of what's going on...

Why not restore and upgrade a Fox body then? Add some sound deadening, upgrade the headlights and brakes, swap in a coyote motor/6spd and you'd have what you want.

I paid $32k for my GT w/Performance Package...I couldn't imagine paying more than that for an ecoboost. Especially when it just isn't pretty. Chrome, mis-matched upper and lower grills, stickers, black roof...it has way too much going on for me.

You still have a large pocket of air being gathered into the diffuser area...it's the opposite of a performance part, and acts as a parachute.
