What kind of tune are you trying to do? All you really need is an Ngauge and buy the tune from Lund. If you need help pm me I can help you out with the whole process I live here in Miami too. I currently have a Lund e85 tune very easy to flash it with the ngauge and datalog.

I go to Street Racing Made Safe every month at west palm beach, and also Fast lane fridays at Homestead which is a 1/8. Street racing made safe is better they do roll racing and digs and have a top 10 list of the fastest street cars on sfl which is like the main event at the end of the night.
