Thank you. They are zl1. Heres s great thread on what and how to. As someone with little patience or ability to do things mechanical I was able to install and added a bit about my experience. These things really work well the combo of the rock guards and side skirts catches everything...

@ice445 Actually there's a lot to say that humans were not here before any tinkering especially if you have understanding of the creation view point. Everything was good up to Adams transgression. There was no death until he listened to his wife and blew it :) The millions and billions view has...
  5. Mustang washed away in flood

"From a time period on earth...millions of years" right there is the difference. Your world view is vastly different than mine. I no longer believe in millions of years of evolving, rather than God Almighty made plants on the third day like He said with land animals 2 days later and man on day...
  6. How many miles before hitting redline ?

My experience, but YMMV. I had a Whipple installed by Ford. The mechanic told me to break it in up to the 1000 miles. Now maybe thats cuz of the Whipple and maybe not, I didnt ask. Also to consider is does the manufacturer recommend a 1000 mile break in? If they do they can tell when you...

Sorry Mags @Spartan1 but that is not how fossils were created. Animals, plants what have you fossilize when they are buried rapidly as in a catastrophe. When something dies it lays on the ground and what happens to it? other critters and scavengers come along and devour it. It does not lay...

Ecclesiastes 1:9 What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun. 10 Is there a thing of which it is said, “See, this is new”? It has been already in the ages before us. 11 There is no remembrance of former things, nor will there...

  12. Mach-1 H-Pipe vs double Y-Pipe vs X-Pipe

Im on Kooks longtubes with green cats, stock resonator and stock mufflers and love the deep sound from the LT's.
  13. 2022 Whipple Stage 2, Whipple tune, Self-install, Initial Thoughts

Mine is working with seemingly no issues, 6 months on but only a few hundred miles. My experience with the Whipple kit is recorded in my build thread (see signature)
  14. Gears for boosted 6spd

I think if you keep the car NA then the 3.73 to 4.09 is fine for what you will use it for. The Whipple is great for big power, but for drifting and track use not so much
  15. Gears for boosted 6spd

3.55 might be a better spot for that and the street. May want different rear rim/tire set up for drifting too
  16. 2022 Mach 1 Header Recommendation

I dont think you can upgrade the manifolds without messing with the cats. Either high flow or green cats OR no cats when change the manifold to a better flow. Several of us have swapped out to headers with and without cats. I have the stock exhaust with Kooks long tubes and green cats. the...
  17. Gears for boosted 6spd

3.31 is only .42 to .24 difference in driveshaft rotation, but will give you a tad less wheel spin, which is more desirable for straight line. If you are drifting, then the tall sidewall is not desirable neither is a 3.31, you'd want 4.09 or something like that.
  18. Whipple or P1X?

many threads on this topic. Depends on your goals, other supporting mods etc
  19. Gears for boosted 6spd

I dont believe there is. You should be able to put a 275 or 285 on a 17 inch wheel, with good sticky tire for straight line traction
