Yes exactly. At first I was kinda puzzled when the MT had lower CO2 and better mileage than the AT (The exact opposite was the case with the GT). But then I took a look at the gears in the specs and it all made sense. I wish the MT also had the 3.55 though and I hope Ford will be able to swap them.
Only the AT version will receive the 3.55 in the EU Models. The MT has 3.31 gears. Check the EU spec list. That's also the reason the MT has better mileage than the AT.
If I was you I would wait the 20 months until you are debt free and then take a look at some used Mustangs. There will be plenty for a good price by then. Don't buy a performance car if you can't afford it rather easily.
A ship from (for example) New York to Hamburg takes about 10 days. Getting the cars to the port, loading and unloading and then getting it to the dealership is what takes most of the shipment time.
Okay sounds about right and it would explain the numbers.
Then I guess they have around 330 on the flywheel (or something in that neighbourhood)?
Do you own one?
Pretty much this haha
This Sync 3 nonsense reminds me of apple telling us we absolutely have to upgrade ios 7 to 8 (or whatever the hell their system is called).
I bet Cobb is already working on a Sync 3 Stage 1-10 tune. It will be so powerful that all tyres will explode from the torque...
My Ford dealer was telling me that they are being built in April / May. First will be dealer samples and Champions league orders and then the configurated Mustangs for customers.
That's the problem with 3.55 gears, correct?
Maybe a manual with 3.31 or even 3.15 will get better results since you can go to 60 in the second gear. At least that's what I've seen so far.

Well I hope you're able to understand German. This is what the european head of development had to say about the EU Mustang, starting at 3:20:
"The chassis will receive a european setting, that means the car will sit even more firmly on the road, we have high efficiency brakes and...
That's what they are saying at Ford. I don't know if they are actually bigger. But they should def. be better. They don't want us germans racing this thing to its heat death on the autobahn ;)...
