Ok checked how the booster pump from jms should work, it is normal for the primary fuel pump to be boosted and the other one just oem 12v power. so i think all is good and I just ask lund for a new tune with bap but for oem injectors. Right?
  3. Lean problem/vacuum leak procharged gt350, lund tune

This gets better and better…when looking at these injectors I think these are just oem parts. On the invoice it said 1050x but no mention of a bap…think they changed their minds and just added a booster. But that just boosts one pump it seems. i read the bosch code 0280 158, so that should be...

I have double fuel pumps and just measured and found that 1 is being boosted, the other isnt…that might be a thing…i measure at the same point in both of the connectors and 1 is getting 12v and the other gets the boosted 18v. Still doesnt say why its lean on idle as I dont think it does boost on...

but if they have tune setup for the id1050x and they arent in there, that could explain? So I think to take them out and maybe have them tested once I’m at it?

What would you like to see on the pics? on the invoice of the initial tune it says the injector type. Its a 1 owner car and has been maintained at the garage I bought it from all its live, injector should be the right type. Can take them out and have them tested, but the specialist said he...

Just measured the pump on boost and it gives 18v, so thats off the list too. It gives 12.28 (battery power) when in stand by, it gives the 18v when I connect the grey wire with earth (thats the proper way to test it according to the manual from jms) i think it is a jms p2020

the light is on, but I measure 12v on the pumps where I thought it should be upped to 18v I’ll look up some pics Pretty sure there isnt any vac leak, but if there is it is TINY to the max. Even when I released a vac line when the car had not ran for 3-4 hours the line would say pssssht like a...

i know, lund told me, might be a good idea to take it out? And tune without and see what happens? would love to know how to test the thing though
  10. Lean problem/vacuum leak procharged gt350, lund tune

I know the booster pump normally works as a voltage booster. So 12v is upped to 18v, I think that is constant? Just measured at the power supply inside connector on the fuel pumps and both receive 12.28 volts when the car is on ignition but not running. i would expect it to be 18v than? Lund...

thats about the only thing I havent checked indeed! Any idea how I could check that? Maybe check voltage booster pump before and after the pump or such?

This is a pic of 3 plugs after 40 miles, new ngk 6510’s gapped to 0,028. The old ones where similar, hence the reason for changing and looking for a solution

now I added a log as a zip. this is the idle, step log and 2500-5000rpm sweep as requested by lund
  14. Lean problem/vacuum leak procharged gt350, lund tune

It ran pretty well, but idle was a bit rough on idle after cold start and spark plugs showed more white than my liking

It would not accept my log as an attachement, any way around that?? i dont know how to measure vacuum at idle. Compression has been tested and was all good and all within 10%

Hi to all, this is my first post, so I hope it is ok for me to start with a tech problem right from the start.
