FWIW I had the GT350 tb and cai on my 17, running a 93 AED tune with an 18 manifold and had the same issues. I didn't like it after driving it off and on for a month so went back to the stock tb and it ran perfectly...

These are manufactured by Whiteline so I'm not certain how they make them. I bought it and never installed it. Ended up just using my Blowfish bracket instead.

It sounds like you have a 15-17 like me- I have a Gen 2 Performance Pack, 18 manifold, long tubes, FFE with FIC1000's, boost a pump on 93 with a G3 on a 110 mm pulley that Dakota with Lund is wrapping up my tune now, datalogging on the street as I don't have dyno access and the car freaking...
