Well, I’ve just configured a like for like spec on a Mach 1 (well as much as I can at any rate) on both the US and UK configurators and UK car comes in at the equivalent of $79K! Both cars are 60K, whether it’s USD or GBP! Madness! 🤣

I went with yellow on my VB with black wheels. As those particular wheels don’t show a lot of the caliper I thought it better to go a brighter colour so it stood out a bit.

I’ve had mine painted in yellow - personally I think it looks pretty nifty against the black wheels and VB paintwork. Looks a bit different as well.

I got mine done a few weeks ago. A local garage that does car wrapping, tints and specialised paintwork did all 4 for £200 ($270). At that price I’m sure they didn’t actually take the calipers off and just masked off the required parts and areas like I would have done if I did them myself...

Thanks my friend, although I can’t claim complete originality! They’re from a UK special edition Mustang from a couple of years ago called the 55 Edition. I thought they were rather neat and subtle so I got them for mine. 👍

Completely your choice. Personally, I think Mustangs can look fabulous with or without stripes. It’s that type of car. For me though, if I went for a stripe it would always be more of a subtle one.

I guess if you have Twister Orange then a BB-8 or x-wing fighter pilot reference may be something to consider.

So how has everyone configured their interiors? Gone for any funky ambient light combos? Done any special modifications? What infortainment background have you gone for? All quite sedate for me really - standard black leather interior with blue ambient lighting….

Yeah, those chrome pipes look dead tasty. That finish should be standard, although something very similar is now standard on the Mach 1.

Loving the red calipers and lowered look. I was looking at mine the other day thinking it could be dropped by few mms…

Had bonnet stripes and rear wing fitted and I’m now tempted to get the brake calipers painted yellow….

I got them made for me but they are a replica of the bonnet stripes found on the UK spec 55 Edition Mustang from last year. Ford wanted £700 for the stripes so I got made and fitted for me by another firm for £300.
