Uhh, no. It's impossible to have positive manifold pressure above ATM without some kind of compressor. When an N/a engine is running the manifold will be under vacuum as the measured pressure will be below ATM.
Agreed that there are benefits to this bend in a pneumatic system under pressure but not much out there in regards to its benefits under vacuum (which an intake is under).
Well now you're going to make me go down a rabbit hole. I'm curious as to if the Gamma bend has benefit either under pressure, vacuum or both. Time to start reading.....

You're negating the cylinder pressures at TDC. In you're scenario those pressures (assuming static compression, ATM @ 14.7psi and no loss) are going to be within ~10%.
Don't own a GT350 but I do own two 2015 Ford's. My F150 has 3x the miles that my mustang does and BOTH batteries died within a week of each other last year. Based on my unscientific experience at 5 years on an oem battery you're on borrowed time.
I think the real takeaway here is to look at your suspension more as a system rather than individual components. For me personally I went with the x springs because this is the only component of my suspension I didn't have from the Ford handling pack.
