Yes! except the change oil part. it is the problem and same solution in different way to approach. the whileline insert make less movement of transmission for rear mount shifter but this is kind of temp solution. when bushing is older and softer and the dis-synchronize issue will come back...

I researched a lot and i think, the problem is the rod from transmission shifter is multi-linked and that is banding and expending as transmission moving and shifter is moving. so it is not synchronized shifter and transmission together. also the other end of shifter is attached on the car body...
