I have a 2015 EcoBoost PP automatic as a daily driver. 2 year lease. With a career change, my 3/4 ton diesel crew cab long bed became a bit too much as a daily driver. Almost got a Focus but commuting between 8500' elevation & 5500' elevation, I wasn't too jazzed about a Focus. Plus, it's a...
Superchargers tend to create some issues on road courses. One big issue is heat, but that can be dealt with.
Another big issue is the addition of weight on the front end, further imbalancing the car. I sold my 2007 GT500 and bought my naturally aspirated 2007 Parnelli Jones 302 when I began...
Nice! Can't wait to get my setup. George is putting together my Race Spec shifter with the GT350 shaft so I can install my unmodified GT350 shift knob. :headbang:
The level of whining and crying here is unbelievable. Prices increase for all sorts of reasons, and when you're dealing with items in high demand, like EVERYTHING related to GT350s, things change VERY quickly.
You guys whining ought to realize you're lucky that we even have the opportunity...
Yes, I installed the pinstripes myself. Only $15 to buy the set, and you end up with 4 or 5 extra stripes, so there's plenty if you screw up.
Ask them for some pointers on install. A spray bottle of water makes them easy to move around if you need to so you can get them lined up perfectly...
Element.
That price was above the quoted price of the gloss black MRR R350 wheels that they have a large inventory of, and the original quote for gloss black may have been discounted. Still, though, if you compare to your MSRP, it's still at least an additional $675 more to get the different...
Wow, $200 extra per wheel to go to Satin Black is what I was quoted. Already have gloss black PP wheels and don't want to do gloss black if I'm going to buy new wheels. I much prefer the look of the satin black on the factory GT350 wheels.
The issue will be both the tread pattern and maybe more importantly, the differences between the rubber compounds. Both tires compounds and wet & dry grip are significantly different, so when pushing the limits, front & back will break free at different times, and also give different feedback...
Yes, that is a great tire for the money. They have great wet traction. There are a couple tires rated a bit better for dry traction, but the BFG's are very sticky and very predictable on the track.
Ford Racing Performance's Mustang Experience cars out at Miller Motorsports Park are...
I'd really like someone to come up with a set of 19" GT350 knockoffs with the satin black finish like the finish on the factory GT350 wheels.
I had my GT PP parked nose to nose with a GT350, and the satin black GT350 wheel finish looked a lot better than the high gloss black finish on my PP...
As others have stated, the Ford Performance Street Handling Pack appears to be the PP setup for the most part. If you are going to upgrade ANY GT, my suggestion would be to go with the Track Handling Pack, as all components are an upgrade over the PP suspension components.
I am leasing an...
Got my Big Worm Graphix gloss black pinstripes installed alongside my matte black stripes. Subtle, but I like the way it turned out. The matte black stripes didn't quite look finished, but with the gloss black, it gives it a bit of a sharper edge, and ties all of the other gloss & matte black...
