Put a deposit down 1st week of January and had Paul order my tires in then, so they've been sitting around the shop all that time waiting for rims.

I also have the Ford Performance Touring Catback by Borla, and am quite happy overall with the sound. However, I did drive it off and on for 2 weeks, while doing a bunch of suspension work, without the mufflers, and it sounded a lot like the GT350 in sport mode, maybe a bit louder. Everyone...

As others have mentioned, DO NOT GET DRILLED ROTORS if you're running on a road course - they will crack starting at the holes, necessitating replacement quite a bit sooner than slotted only (that is as long as you catch it before they fall apart on track). I've seen some pretty scary looking...

That's exactly where I installed mine. Really no other place to put them.

I live at 8500' and put Nokian snows on my EcoBoost lease and drove that for two seasons in up to 6" of snow. We have so many nice days, if you get rid of the Mustang, you'll be cursing yourself as you're driving around seeing all of them out and about.

Look at it this way guys, the longer we wait, the sweeter those bad boys will look once we finally get them on our cars :cheers:

Good question for Kelly. Assuming most folks will lift each side of the car with one floor jack at the center of the jacking rail so you can put both front & rear jack stands in place without re-positioning the floor jack.

Sorry this is too late for you, jbailer, but for the next guy doing it, the key to getting them out fairly easy is spraying them with PB Blaster penetrating oil, or the like, and letting it soak in. I let it soak for an hour or so, and they both came out pretty easy after that. Couldn't budge...

I agree. Lowering springs on the stock shocks will cause the shocks to fail prematurely according to Ford Performance when I was researching suspension upgrades way back when - too much compression of the stock shocks I guess.
