  1. Steeda Trident Wheels Are Here! [05-21 Mustang]

So the recommended/typical sizes would be 285/35/19 and 305/35/19?
  2. Steeda Trident Wheels Are Here! [05-21 Mustang]

Thanks! Since the PP2 cars are using 305/30 tires all around, I’m assuming someone could use a 285/30 or 35 and a 305/30 setup with these wheels. Would open up more tire options like Michelin PS4S and Continental ECS.
  3. Steeda Trident Wheels Are Here! [05-21 Mustang]

Love these wheels but wish there were more tire options in 305/35/19. What’s the recommended front tire size for the 19x10 wheel? 275 or 285?
  4. My 2021 rapid red gt

My favorite color! Looks good with the black accent package.
  5. Another owner changes to solid lug nuts...........

This is what I have. Anyone have experience with them? Will they have the same issues as the stock ones? https://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-performance-lug-nut-set-oe-style-black-mustang-2015-2021/p/M1012MB/
  6. Roush stage 3 conversion

Just call the dealership and find out. Don’t see why you couldn’t change the order if the car isn’t being built yet. Also keep in mind that there is a minimum spec for a Stage 3. I think it at least needs to be a GT Premium with 400a, Performance Package, MagneRide, and spoiler delete based on...
  7. Favorite ONE mod that you have done.

The FP Magneride Handling kit. Really like how the car feels now and it totally changes the look. With the stiffer rear sway bar the rear end seems to break loose a lot easier now, however. Could also be from the FP intake/throttle body kit as well.
  8. best exhaust for GT????

Thanks. Didn’t realize they made an axle back with the active valves.
  9. best exhaust for GT????

Where did you get the H-Pipe to use with your active s type exhaust? Mine came with the X-Pipe and I did not see an option for an H-Pipe at the time.
  10. 2019 GT Stripe dimensions

I got the GT350 style stripes from Big Worm Graphix, which are 7.5 inches with a 1 inch gap and a slight taper. On the website they are called “Narrow Dual Full Length Stripes”. I didn’t get a pinstripe but they have an option for it. The pinstripes are 1/4 inch. Stripes are cut to fit the GT...
  11. Ford Performance Tune for 2018+ GT

I don’t have any recording equipment so I doubt it would be accurate. I found that Borla’s video on YouTube comparing their active exhaust options for the Mustang is pretty decent. Some things I have noticed compared to stock are: cold starts are quieter, quiet mode is louder, overall tone is...
  12. Ford Performance Tune for 2018+ GT

I have the Borla S Type Active with black tips and really enjoy it. Couldn’t stand the unfinished tips of the factory active exhaust. Looking back however, I wish I would have just went with the FP x-pipe and seeing how I liked the sound first before getting the Borla.
  13. Ford Performance Tune for 2018+ GT

Did anyone else’s kit not come with the 90 degree elbow for the brake aspirator tube or the crankcase ventilation tube (black tube with blue clips)? I purchased this kit on the day it became available and the instructions I received make no mention of these parts. However, I just checked the...
  14. 10R80 Owners - ULTIMATE M6G 10R80 Facts + Resolutions to harsh or no shift conditions

I’ve seen the steps and they seem like a giant pain in the ass to do. But I suppose I should try them before having the dealership mess with it. I don’t have the digital dash so I’m not sure if there is a way to tell what gear I’m in. Also would need to find an abandoned stretch of road out in...
  15. 10R80 Owners - ULTIMATE M6G 10R80 Facts + Resolutions to harsh or no shift conditions

Thanks! That is what I meant. So that means it’s not a software issue. Reset the KAM today and it was better. Still a little jerky on downshifting even after letting the car warm up in Normal mode.
  16. 10R80 Owners - ULTIMATE M6G 10R80 Facts + Resolutions to harsh or no shift conditions

Question: Since I have the Ford Performance calibration (M-9603-M8B), would there be no point in asking my dealership about software updates? Wouldn’t any update they do overwrite the Ford Performance calibration?
  17. 10R80 Owners - ULTIMATE M6G 10R80 Facts + Resolutions to harsh or no shift conditions

Glad I found this thread and that it’s not just my car. My trans does this exact same thing. Best solution I’ve found so far is to drive around a bit in Normal mode before switching over to Sport. It seems better after the car has warmed up a bit. I have jerky up shifts and downshifts too...
  18. Would an HP car make it up my driveway?

Just take it slowly and at an angle and it should be fine. Don’t forget to do the same when you leave. My car has the PP2 splitter and is lowered. I’ve been able to take some surprisingly steep inclines just by taking it slow and steady.
