Been doing a lot of research lately, and what i'm thinking of doing is the SVE SP2 rims, 10 inch all around with 285/35 R19, as I understand a square setup feels better in the turns. I have the factory 20 inch rim option on my car now and plan to run them in the winter (i'm fairly sure they will...
Just installed the Steeda Clutch Spring Assist and took it for a quick beating. Now, to be fair I'm not a pro race car double clutching pro but to me it just makes the clutch feel a little heavier. I have no more or less feeling in it. Still think the clutch should bite lower in the pedal, feel...
Just spent some time getting to know my car up close and personal. Saw this Turtle Wax at wallyworld and figured I'd give it a shot since I'm still getting the gumption to polish and compound the car. I noticed a big chip on the passenger fender and a little nick in the windshield. Car only has...
Funny because I love the PP wheels, planning to keep the factory 20 inch for winter tires and get something that looks like the PP wheels for my summer tires. I was told it was a waste to buy the heavy factory PP wheels. Was looking at the American Muscle branded PP wheels that are 19x10 but I...
You scared me for a second and I had to go compare the spoiler to the car. It's a match so I guess it is off s 2022. The listing just said " 2018-2023 Ford Mustang GT Performance Pack Spoiler AE Grabber Blue". I didn't know the color changed throughout the years
My next mod has arrived, a factory Performance Pack spoiler off flea bay that is in the right color. The listing said it was taken off a new car and I gotta say it looks very fresh. Just waiting on my adhesive remover to come in to give it a go at mounting. Hope the bolts from the GT spoiler are...
You drop the latch cover off and drop the sound deadening on the truck lid. The strap is held by the same bolts that hold the latch. Working good for me so far
Still on cloud nine after getting my '22 GT. Gonna get a Performance Pack Spoiler and a Performance Pack (clone) rims for summer tires an keep the stock rims for winter tires.
I'm still on the fence if I'm going to try to do the paint correcting/Ceramic Coat my '22 GT or seek out a shop. Does anyone have a place they can recommend?
My first mod should be learning how to drive, tried to do a "quick" launch today with the wife in the car and stalled it like a dummy!
But really, thanks everyone for the info. I'm sure i'll be all over the place asking for advice for mods in the future. Have a few little odds and ends coming...
Thanks, lots of information to go over when I get some down time at work. Really appreciate it.
A 3/4 inch drop sounds like it's gonna scrap a lot, do you find yourself scraping speed bumps?
Gotta poke my head in the regional board to see if anyone can recommend a good shop for paint correction plus ceramic coating. Also, anyone know anything about adding a glove back light back in since ford removed the light in MY21?
Anyone have good results with any of these adapters? Was looking at this one but see mixed results. Was just wondering if anyone on here has tried any of em out.
Thanks everyone, while I know it's not Atlas Blue it is a shade of blue! All it took was a shade of blue and the right deal to get me to jump. I do wish it was a Performance Pack but with the money I said I can add all sorts of fun go fast parts.
Sorry to keep everyone waiting, by the time the paperwork was done and after getting some dinner nearby plus the 90 min drive home it was past midnight and I gotta get up for work at 545am. Been a rough day but the drive home was great. Already thinking about the mods I want to do to it. First...
