I have the Roush Axle Back with the X-Pipe and it sounds fantastic, under 2000 rpm it's pretty quiet but once you go past 2000, it screams and people can hear you from a mile away. To be honest though after hearing a Corsa, I am going to make the switch soon. Borla ATAK is another great...
Test drive the Ecoboost Mustang and see if you like it, you may like it more in the city especially since you're in Cincinnati. In gas terms of gas mileage, while it does better than the GT, I am getting 3 mpg less in the city and the same in the highway.
If you're unsure of making a decision...
I used to have a 2007 328xi which I really loved, if I had the money I would keep it and buy the Mustang but had to trade it in (kept the vin number just incase if I could find it after I settle down). It had plenty of power for a daily driver and it was spectacular around corners. I traded in...
Roush AB with either an X-pipe or H-pipe is often regarded as one of the loudest setups you can have, probably right behind the Corsa Extreme and Borla ATAK. I have this setup and puts a smile on my face when I go above 2k rpms and it's also quiet when it's in six gear as if it's a stock...
Yep that smell is pretty normal if you WOT or driving in high rpms but I don't know exactly if it goes away as you rack up the miles. I wonder if installing catless headers would fix it because it's the cats that are causing it.
Yeah I agree the badge isn't everything, I actually get more attention and compliments in my Mustang than my previous two BMWs. Plus the Mustang has something that most BMWs don't have and that's heritage. I just can't stand the steering feedback on the newer models, the car feels so artificial...
You can defiantly get a good deal on new 17 models once the 2018 models roll out but sometimes it depends on the dealer. I've managed to get 8k off my 2016 model and there was an older thread about other members ordering from Koons in VA and having the car shipped to them as they got great...
Yeah this is totally normal (especially since you're in VA and my temp. sensor is doing the same thing). When I start my car in the morning, the temp. would 50F to 60F and would vary depending on where I drive. After shutting it off and turning it on when the ambient temp. is around 70F, the...
When did Ford started to include the revised evaporator core in the 2016 models? Mine was manufactured on March 2016, I hope mine has the revised evaporator core.
Just to give an example and to put emphasis on maintenance costs, I used to own a 2012 BMW X535i (Same engine is used in the M235i albeit without the upgrades) and I still remember how much the CPO paid for the repairs plus the car only had 50k miles.

It will never damage your engine, the transmission has so many parameters to not just protect the engine but the transmission itself. You can't even rev drop if you tried :headbonk:
I love my Roush Axleback with the X-Pipe but to be honest, I plan on switching it to the Borla ATAK as my friend has one and man it is much louder but no drone in the inside.
Well in my case, I actually got it down to $34,200 but then I used some of the discounts that they had with the dealership which is the loyalty program along with the college graduate program. Those two brought it down by $2,000 more, I just pretended like I didn't even know they had discounts...
Welcome to the forums!
As others have said, the auto can only be had in 3.15 or 3.55 gears. If you want more fun, go with the 3.55 gears as that is the sweet spot for fun and economy. 3.15 gears are good for highway economy but it's not a bad gear as I have that ratio and helps me control the...
