Not exactly sure what it is, but if it just started happening, I would undo the last change I made to the car. In this case, put the pcv system back to stock and see if the sound goes away.

Not trying to troll your sale, but you can get a brand new one for $149.50 shipped off eBay. I'm actually in the market for one, but your price is too high.
I would HIGHLY recommend changing your oil soon if you have been dumping a ton of gas in your combustion chamber. My last 3SGTE I had in my mr2 was fully built, but i had a bad injector dumping fuel all the time, and it caused this bulletproof engine to spin a main bearing. This caused my...
Im sure this IC is not garbage, now the stock intercooler- that is garbage!
I bought the Chinese knock off of the ATP modular downpipe, so I am not dissing the low cost parts at all! (Beautiful piece BTW)
The only concern I would have is what is the accountability of the seller? I bought...
I'm sure this rev9 IC is fine, and is probably the exact same IC as the MISHI, but I would PM CPE before you pull the trigger on the fried rice. I got my CPE for $350 when it first came out, I would assume they still have a similar deal if you ask them.

I have an Ecoboost 201a, which I believe is the same as the GT 401a package. I got it for the stereo, BUT I love it for the BLIS! I don't even ever look over my shoulder anymore, just check the light on the side mirrors.
The only thing the car is missing is front sensors, I'm afraid of...
I have put a couple modern engines together, and I would only attempt it if I had the entire manual with me.
I also would not trust someone else to do it, unless they have done it many times with this engine, or at least have the full shop manuals. There are too many things that could go...
I would have to disagree with what your saying.
I have:
CPE IC - $350
Cobb AP- bought used for $325
ATP copy DP - $225
NGK 6510 - $40
Tune+ Custom tune - $150
Green filter - $45
All these were prices shipped.
So I am at $1100 in mods, and I have a much lighter car than a GT...
I've used thee guys in the past:
https://www.rceng.com/Fuel-Injector-Cleaning-P43C0.aspx
They clean them and do a before and after flow test and send you the results. L

Im running a COBB stage 1 tune , my mods are: CPE IC, catless DP, and green filter. Car runs really well, has 8k miles on it.
Need to get a catch can still, waiting for a deal.. $250+ for one is a little crazy IMO. After that need to get a custom tune.

I bought a set of NGK 6510's today, they are the only colder plugs I could get in my area. I brought them home and measured the gap, out of the box they were around 0.045". I gapped them to 0.026-0.028" using a small socket on top of the plug hex, and I tightened this assembly with a c-clamp...
This is no brainer to me, spend the couple hours to remove the dp and the wga uninstall the tune, If you are going to have them look at anything else. The ticking issue sounds to be a pretty common issue. It's not like your engine is blown and you De-mod in an attempt to get a free motor out...
The search function will help you significantly.
I personally love this car, but I also never liked Mustangs lol until the 2015's came out. If I wanted a tank of a v8, I would of got a Charger RT so I could have trucked my 3 kids and wife around more conveniently.
As the title says, looking to see if anyone is interested in trading their GT PP Black rims for my Ecoboost PP Rims/Tires. My car has 7k miles on it, and has 255/40/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS with 7k miles as well. Preferable looking for someone in Nashville area, but I travel to GA, SC...
This is my first hand experience for whatever it's worth. The first mod I did was a down pipe, and I didn't really tell a huge difference, it definitely wakes up the stock exhaust and you can hear the turbo a lot more. But definitely no huge power gains with the stock tune.
A couple months...
Just as the title says, looking for someone that would like to trade their GT PP wheels (black), for my Ecoboost PP wheels. My wheels have 7000 miles on them, and have Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS with 7k miles. Tires are still pretty much new, I haven't done any crazy burnouts or anything with...
