  1. Hi & Decision Time

My 2018 registered (MY17) auto might be going up for sale in the near future for around the £32k mark. 17k on the clock with some reasonable mods. Im not 100% certain yet though! 4.9% PCP on a used car is a good deal - dealers usually hugely inflate used PCP rates as they're not really making...
  2. Service options

Yeah i usually do all my own work on my cars, but feel the need to ensure it's got a proper service history given its value.
  3. Service options

I've just had my 3 year service at Ford last week which i paid for via monthly DD @ £22 per month for 10 months. Pretty good value i think as they guarantee to not charge you any more if the service price has increased since you signed up to the plan - I think it should have been around £250 as...
  4. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

I had my first MOT this morning. Passed with flying colours (although i was a little nervous about the exhaust given it has had a muffler delete). Have had the car 3 years today. 17,010 miles in total, but only 2410 last year as i've been driving my wife's 320d for most of the year as she's...

  6. Exhaust options for an Auto

Cheers - thats really good to know. :like:
  7. Exhaust options for an Auto

Hi guys, I did a muffler delete on my car a couple of years ago, but I think it sounds too loud and un-refined. If my car was a manual i think it would be okay but as an auto the revs seem to stay at the same level constantly so it just ends up sounding droney most of the time. Im considering...
  8. Mustang GT Project #2

OOh they're nice. Not seen those before.

What products are you using bud? The finish in this pic looks fantastic. :sunglasses:
  10. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

brilliant, thanks WD... i'll do some digging using this. :-)
  11. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Craig - I had a look through your build thread (epic btw!!) and could only find the post where you added the black badge, but not any detail about where you got it from. WD, looking on the Ford website i can only find a full grill incl black badge for £113...
  12. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Cheers guys... the only black pony badges i could find online were all circa £60 which seemed a bit rich. So i'll check out Ford if its circa £35 Craig, but WD, where did you get yours from if cheaper than £35?
  13. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Cheers. Mine is a motorised license plate holder which i've had on previous cars. It's not wired up anymore, but when it is it retracts the plate under the car via a keyfob remote. Alternatively the Sto & Sho is a good alternative: https://stonsho.com/
  14. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Following Benno's recommendation i picked up the Maxton front splitter this week, and fitted yesterday, followed by a good detail today. Next on the list is a black pony for the front, and then decide what to do about a bonnet change. (Anyone got any figures on what they paid to paint a bonnet?)
  15. Sold: 4x 25mm Wheel Spacers

Hi, 4x 25mm wheel spacers for sale. They've been on my car for approx 7k miles and have been perfect. Only removed them as have upgraded my wheels. They're in very good condition - i've not cleaned them but the brown colour on these is copper grease, not rust. There is some rust colouring...
  16. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Thanks, i'm delighted with them. :)
  17. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

I picked up my new wheels on Friday, and fitted them first thing Saturday morning in the wind and rain... Sorry for not having any better pics but i was soaked and miserable by the time i'd finished.
  18. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Yeah, they look like TE37's to me...
  19. Age of Mustang buyers?!

    34 when i got mine, 37 now.
  20. After some inspiration - wheels, bonnets etc

Should be fine if i go down this route... I'm already all show and no go, based on the Chinese stick-on tat already on my car.
