It does look tacky...I was hoping I could route it under, but I couldn't. I may end up doing the same. Im also going to try the gt500 experiment the regular gt folks are doing, gt350 intake tube with gt500 airbox, evidence points to a lot less intake air temp heat soak.
Yes only in the 22, they relocated the maf as a result and recalibrated the tune, this is the supposed 10 hp loss for 22. A few on the dyno showed similar whp to the 21 regardless.
They do stick out a tad like said, they work great with the quick jack, the rubber block has a much wider surface contact to hold the car vs the pinch weld alone.
Installed some Steeda goodies last night, still have a few to go, but put on the gt350 IRS bushing supports, subframe alignment sleeves(well 3 of them), IRS braces, and rear sway bar(non-HP car so I opted to do the bar upgrade).
Had a problem installing the RF subframe sleeve, 3 went in no...
There are 3 plastic tabs you have pry up and then the tube slides out. It was easiest using 3 flat screwdrivers to hold the tabs up at the same time. Them you can take the filter out and slide the tube back in.
I've had mine out for a few days now, I assumed it was a placebo, but in certain situations where I roll into the throttle, the car feels smoother, still might be a placebo, but it does feel different. If it added back the 10HP the cars lost(which im sure it did not) you would never feel it.
Only used for about 2K miles, switched to a GT500 atak catback. Local pickup only, for now, I threw away the box, so I need to find one to fit before I decided to ship. I can meet within an Hour of Columbus, OH.

Diff Temp, Head/Coolant temp/oil pressure in the Cluster. I have considered swapping to the GT350 Oil temp gauge, but I'm still not convinced it will be accurate based on how the gauges work(calculated from other data inputs from my understanding). If someone were to somehow verify it does...
If the headlight damage was notated at delivery, you can 100% make a case this is related(hopefully it is, I assume you are fot a nefarious character :)), clearly it was damaged, and they will naturally want to blame you(the consumer) but do not give up, they will want to blame you because they...
7500 is the only correct answer...J/K. In all seriousness, in every manual car I have driven/owned, with time, you will feel what feels like a "nartual" shift point for each gear. For me it seems to land around hte 2700-3000k mark for this car. However, if you are in "light to light racer"...
The hydrocarbon filter is "replaceable" but it's a bit of a pain to take out. I took it out along with the extra tube they installed to house it. The filter is post MAF, so im not worried about an MIL. It's easy to put back in if it does.
Do not like this big piece of paper and plastic in...
My M1 gets a lot of attention, mostly waves, thumbs up and stares from pedestrians crossing the road at lights.
The best was I was on a Two lane road and I could notice a young lad I'm the back seat pf the car in front of me was Turning around waving at me. About 10 minutes later, we get up...
I had no issues with the FP x pipe sound to be honest, other than I did not like the clamps at the back, it wouldn't have added a lot of cost for a slip fit.
On the CF, I really like how it sounds, for sure no rasp. Is it worth the price, absolutely not unless is adds power, but it isnt...
I cringed when I saw the price on this pieice, so I went with a FP x pipe a few weeks ago...but I am weak for a good exhuast note and happy with the M1 axleback, so I am swapping to one of these today. So one of the two will be forsale by the end of the week!
That is what I put in, drove up to summit over the weekend and grabbed it. Not too loud at all, I would say a 40% increase in sound volume, the tone is awesome, the M1 mufflers are great. Quiet mode still works remarkably well if you need it.
First cold start with the FP x-pipe. PS- measure 5...
I just picked up a Mach 1 in Columbus OH. Sold my HCI c5 last year, and wanted a gt350, but fell in love with FJG.
Already installed an x pipe, steeda jacking rails, front HP fender lips, HP wing and front spliter on order, SVE R350s incoming this week, and steeda dual rate springs on BO...
