There is a setting for this in the cluster to enable or disable the seats auto heating/cooling depending on the weather. If I recall correctly its options are enable,disable, or remember last setting.

The above is for utilizing the factory relayed and fused active exhaust power circuit instead of tapping into some random switched power, the four signal wires from the drivers foot-well will also have to be brought back.
