Lol. The pumpkin is a generic term referring to the center section of the rear end. It is where the rear end gear set is located. When jacking under that, just throw a towel on the lifting plate of the jack as to not scratch up or possibly damage the cover where it bolts to the housing...

Put a wrag on the floor jack and slide it under the pumpkin. Jack it up high enough and put your jack stands or ramps underneath. Lower onto those supports. Stay centered on the pumpkin and the car WILL rise up evenly. Block the front wheels and it's about the safest way possible, besides...

You should have plenty of room to do the job by just raising the rear of the car. The numerous times I took my catback off and on.that's all I did. I'm a big guy too. Little tight on the chest at the front connection point but I was able to manage.

I know. Personally I like the trucks with the color keyed accents. Chrome looks classy, but the red and black just kills me!
