I think Ford charges high 200s low 300s I got mine from LMR for 240 260 with shipping and tax

It was a factory replacement I bought from LMR. I'm gonna take it out do a return and get my money back. Then try and find a local dealer with one and try that out.

Did you disconnect it then reconnect it? I just changed HPFP and that's when noise started. I'll swap old one back in to see if noise is still present today.

I don't know why my video response was deleted. The issue before was the hpfp making noise I put a new one and now here's the current noise the engine is making.

no I didn't just cause the noise is coming directly from engine and not fender. ill check again in morning. i said on other thread im gonna swap out old hpfp and see if noise goes away

I don't think keyword think it's cam phaser just cause it's behind it and usually cam phaser is a throaty rattle if that make sense. I'll swap back old hpfp this weekend and see if it goes away.

Anybody know what this sound is? Coming from this spot. Thought it was hpfp but doesn't seem to be.

Made the mistake of getting gas at gas n wash and now I feel as if my injectors aren't working fully well. I put Lucas oil injector cleaner in post video so I'm gonna respond with updated if it gets better. Also I put in a new HPFP in my car yet the new one is louder than the old one. Just...

figured it out btw. Fixed the part today. the high pitched squeaking sound was the HPFP. i replaced it today and its gone, although now the HPFP is a little bit louder, it seems to be working better.

Here's the video of the noise. Gets louder when engine warms up. Right on high pressure fuel pump.

i drive mine as well year round. I've actually seen you drive past a couple times while ive worked. Small world for sure. Hopefully come spring we can hit a couple cruises.
