I put gt500 injectors and all problems went away.

only thing I found was injector orings were some how sucking air. I verified this by going back to stock injectors with supercharger and no more misfires. As soon as I put the injectors back it, had misfires. Did the swap 3-4 times and always had misfires. Not sure if it’s a FIC thing or what...

g3x 100mm pulley. Just went back to stock to figure out this misfire, and started to add parts back slowly - first part being injectors and the misfires came back. crank relearn and kam both been done with no change.

Mine usually stays in the carport for winter - but I just fire it up few times a month, roll it back and forth in driveway some, if roads have been fine I take it around the block. I even leave the e85 in her, fires right up no problems when its 10degrees out.

Update - Had VCT solenoids, cam phasers replaced. Smoke tested (no leaks), compression test (all cyls were good), leak down test (all were good), new crank sensor, Crank relearn, new o2 sensors, new MAF, new port and direct injectors, new fuel pumps, new fuel pressure regulators. Threw on a Boss...

Still chasing this. Link to a log is below - it idles normal, then at the end it acts up and dies. Not sure if anyone can look at the log and see if they notice anything. Dealer had it for a week and all they said was the throttle pedal was no good, they replaced it with no change. Still just...

I’d have to recheck but I believe stft start going positive until it stalls, ltft don’t fluctuate at all.

At idle it is 2k psi as well? I attached screenshot of what forscan shows. This is at idle, it slowly creeps up and once it hits around 2700psi the car starts hunting and eventually stalls out.

I could see it creeping up some from 400psi but up to high 2k seems a bit much?

direct injectors were replaced couple weeks ago with no change. Tuner noticed the DI pressure differences, just curious if I’m on the right track.

I’m leaning towards my direct injection pump is bad, desired pressure is 400psi, and it shows actual pressure is over 2000psi and creeps up to 2700/2800psi until car stalls out. No engine codes. Car just runs horribly and stalls out after idling for 5-10minutes. Assuming new direct injection...

Correct. I verified no leaks with the lines, regulators, injectors. With the check valve installed it holds pressure. So I’m aiming towards the fuel pump check valve bad.

I’ve only got 3 wired up. Just threw the 4th one incase pump died or something.

Walbro285-have four of them in the tank with a Snyder fuel module. They used to hold pressure on shutoff fine, now not so much. They still put out pressure fine.

I ordered a new one, figured I’d I’m going through the hassle of pulling it might as well throw a new one in. I’ll give that a go. It’s pretty annoying, I’ve checked over everything but clearly missing something.

Figured it out. Check valves in pump aren’t holding, threw check valve after pumps in feed line and now it holds pressure. Before it dropped to 0 instantly.

Yes. New plugs set to .026. I tried tightening them too .024 and no change. Tuner checked logs and said everything looks perfect. Fuel trims within a few percent and holding stoich. I went for a 10mile drive yesterday and then checked the misfire counts. Cyl 1-2-3-4 all over 100counts...

I have a return style fuel system and dual regulators. It’s been on for 3-4months now. I just noticed the passenger regulator (direct injectors) does not hold pressure when pumps are off but the drivers side will hold pressure, it drops very slow. Anyone else experience this? Normal? Never...
