Daily is probably fine, I can't imagine it being a big problem with moisture absorption if you're cycling through it. There are plenty of flex fuel cars that get driven on E85, and afaik ours are fine with it.

My biggest concern has always been quality/consistency of the pump E85. I could buy various sealed drums of race E85 or E98, but the cost of those products isn't too far off from other unleaded race fuels. Plus the race gas isn't as prone to water absorption since it's much lower in ethanol or...

The only downside is if you aren't good at maintaining traction yourself or if you let others drive the car.
