My guess would be the drive shaft bolts. If those are tight I would make sure to see if there is any play. The see if the yoke has any play. If those are all good the could be brakes, suspension or the wrose case diff issue

Yes, I do add about 4-5 ounces of Lucas top engine lube when I fill up. Since E85 a dry fuel it adds sone oil back in the mix without harming octane.

I would recommend going E85. Makes the car drive totally different. Acceleration on the low end a lot quicker then 93. All around its way faster. Can get about 10 degrees more timing with E85. I've had to switch back to 93 a few times and I complete hate the way my car feels Sluggish.

I would recommend throwing 4 oz of lucas top engine lube on every fill up. AED recommended that to me when i went E85 about 2 yeas ago. It puts some oil back into the fuel that seals needs since E is so dry
Look like your gonna have to a different route with the catback you have. With going catless headers you removed what was helping giving a deeper tone. Add bullet style resonators or just get a different system with a suit case style resonator. Going the bullet style may cost around 150.00...
