Streetfighter Engine Oil Cooler Package:
Streetfighter Oil Pressure Monitoring Kit:
Our belief is from the following observations;
1) The RHD Mustang oil coolers are positioned in a hot environment under the LH bank exhaust manifolds. This is not an ideal position as there is extremely hot air circulating this area with limited airflow circulating the cooler.
This differs...
The ceramic coated headers are definitely a bonus, however, not enough to prevent oil cooler issues.
We are still unsure if the standard oil cooler is failing due to it positioning under the exhaust manifold.
The facts are that they are failing even with ceramic coated headers fitted.
I...
This is the problem.
Regardless of warranty or replacement, the issue is that the factory oil cooler is housed under the exhaust manifold.
As an oil cooler this is not ideal as temperatures are extreme in this area.
Oil is both fed and returned through this cooler , however surrounding...
You can choose to order the oil cooler on website as the kit

Definitely Sump and pump for track.
No need for road use.
If you did decide oil pump gears, you may as well do GT350 sump set up. It is not much extra work do replace the sump while the oil pump is out.
The GT350 sump comes with its own specific oil pump.
Our oil cooler kit will definitely fit the original Pro-Charger kit with room to spare.
We have not tried one on a Stage 2 kit therefore cannot be 100% certain.However with the amount of room and adjustment available on our front cooler , i would suggest it would .
Our Streetfighter package includes all that you require and is a dedicated fit. It also includes a thermostat housed in the sandwich plate to ensure quick oil warm up times.

Unfortunately no.
We have heard of failure with standard manifolds, untreated headers and our own ceramic headers.
As of yet we are not sure the failures are definitely just heat related.
I suspect a substandard standard oil cooler fitted in the wrong position is the cause.
By replacing the...
Unfortunately there is no room on the RHD Mustang to do this , therefore the reason Ford has re-located to the rear of the lh engine area via the manifold.
Not a problem.
The oil cooler kit fits most supercharged systems including the Roush. The diversion plate shown in the previous post #79 is designed to allow for plenty of room and extra airflow for the front mounted inter coolers on most brand supercharger kits.
What bad luck!
Makes it even worse that you were in process of doing something pro-active to prevent it.
Did it leak internally or externally? Engine damaged?
I am very keen to hear how you go with Ford.
If I can be of any assistance please contact me.
Yes, we will release a fitment guide. You can utilize most of the fitment video from Mishimoto ALONG with our Streetfighter guide complimenting it.
The area were the cooler and filter is housed is quite cramped. You really need to have a hoist and all the tools. I would suggest leave it to a...
Secondly #2
Thermostatic Oil Sandwich plate and Oil cooler bypass manifold;
This a lightweight, high-flow sandwich plate built from 6061 Aluminum.The built-in thermostat prevents oil flow to the cooler until the engine oil reaches activating temperature, allowing for both a faster warmup at...
