Those breathers really clear up the engine bay. Looks great. I went with the UPR Procharger catch can. Lots of hoses but seems to be working well although have only had the Procharger on for 300 miles so can't speak for the amount of oil it's caught yet. Noticed any stronger smells with the...
Did my Procharger install for the first time about 3 weeks ago. It was relatively simple and i'm no expert by any means. Getting at the bolts for the fascia removal is a pain. Worth buying an electric screw driver with an angled end just for that. Trying to catch all the coolant from the hoses...
Will do. I'm in Dubai though and we get some pretty good 93 here :D
Thanks. Pobably won't be that close to you considering your supporting mods and the P1X but i'll be chuffed if i can break 600rwhp.
Thanks for the response. Did you do any work to the body like sanding off paint before you did this? Did you use specific torque specs to torque the bolt back down again? I remember it being quite a small one.
Thanks mate. And thanks again for your thread. It was my 'go to' a couple of times...
Congratulations! Awesome numbers. I just finished up the same on mine this weekend. Differences are stock headers, axles and driveshaft and JMS BAP otherwise i'm the same. Which pulley are you running? Hoping for 600-650 on 93 at sea level with a 4.63 pulley but still tuning at the moment.
Just finished up a Procharger Stage 2 install and had some questions on the BAP. I plan on doing an Airlift install at some point in the future and want to use the spare tire well for that so don't want to use that for the BAP. Ideally I want to mount it in the same place as MyLilPony (Post #3...
Thanks for the info. I upgraded from stock to Bridgestone Potenzas but i was wondering if the next set should be MPSS. I keep asking myself 'would the performance over Bridgestones at 600rwhp justify the additional cost?' Or should I just jump straight into a streetable strip tire like nitto...
Thanks for the detailed write up. Great read. Car looks awesome.
Interested in your thoughts on how the MPSS hold up to 603whp as I was considering getting them down the line with a similar hp goal.
BDMACH1 how do you like the Gtechniq stuff? I was thinking about going the same route but it's pricey out here. On the other hand, it would make dealing with the dust a whole lot easier. Especially with the hydrophobic coating. Hose it down then use a leaf blower to dry. No cloths to scratch the...
That's exactly right. I swapped all the steering wheel, dash, radio and door trim LEDs in my 07 and several other 05-09s in various colours. Relatively easy with the hardest part being removing and reinstalling all the interior trim. Soldering was straight forward and the LEDs were rectangular...
