  1. Hellion Kit Owner's (Chime In)

i'm coming at this from both angles, as we have a car with a TT bay mounted setup (not a Mustang) and we are doing a low mount for the S550. TT in bay, fuck yes it get's hot, buit if it's setup right that shouldn't be an issue. we have had this in the car for 10 years, no fatiguing on parts...
  2. Don't be Just Another Failure!

Yeah same as MMR one just doesn't have their name on it. They seem OK, was using Innovators then switched to ATI a couple years ago. Know a few using the Romac balancer without problems
  3. Don't be Just Another Failure!

Holden Commodore (Chevy LS) leads the market here by a long shot, then the I6 Barra (Ford 6-cylinder) boys, the modular/Coyote here is nothing like it is in the US, i can count on 1 hand the amount of modulars/Coyote's here running under 10's. after seeing what the likes of Accufab etc were...
  4. Ford Performance Tunes

i doubt these tunes will be available for Aussie customers
  5. Don't be Just Another Failure!

our Falcon's here in Australia already come out with a 9.5:1 Coyote (11-14 motors) with a 1.9L blower (we call them Miami) we aren't pushing huge power through them a genuine 600-650rwhp (130-135mph 1/4 mile) we have one it's factory just with a tune makes 500rwhp (125mph 1/4) the amount of...
  6. JPC single kit

they are actually smaller cube, 3L-4L 6-cylinders. The 4L Inline 6 produce more torque than a Coyote and the small cube 2J/RB's leave on pretty high rpm. TurboGlide and you can have best of both world's 2 & 3-speed. 100% agree JPC are leading the way with modulars/Coyote we just like to be...
  7. JPC single kit

we found more room with 'Glide, guess it's vehicle dependant. nothing wrong with the 'Glide in a heavy car, we have 4000lb+ cars here running high 7's low 8's with mid 1.2 to low 1.3 60's. getting the converter right is critical.
  8. JPC single kit

is the TH400 in a S550? if so, we are doing a 'Glide into a S550, wouldn't mind PMing to find out what we are in for. i know the 'Glide is smaller than a TH400, so wondering how much massaging, if any the tunnel needed
  9. Don't be Just Another Failure!

we made that video. we did both the Coyote and the Aussie Ford Inline 6 turbo OPG, Aussie one's were stronger :headbang: i should note that dropping a gear in no way replicates what's going on in the housing. however, might be enough to scare people that are looking to push the engine with more...
  10. Don't be Just Another Failure!

you will find many do the OPG, crank gear and balancer straight up, so you may never see the issue on the quicker more powerful cars.
  11. Another OPG/CG thread

[ame] a couple of us Aussie boys saw the OPG drop video a few people been talking about we didn't believe it would break so easily, so we did our own and it did. obviously a drop test doesn't prove anything as it's not really simulating what's happening in the housing, but. it's not the method...
  12. oil cooler placement idea's

in the middle of a engine oil cooler/filter relocation, looking for ideas where people are putting the cooler and what sort of oil temps they are seeing factory vs aftermarket cooler on our S550's? in front of radiator etc is out of the question as it's a twin turbo setup.
