    I'm in the same time of life as you and spent some time in the same line of thought. I just came to a different conclusion. I've denied myself and saved most of my life. I decided to enjoy my remaining years. The 57 is beautiful. I'm sure it's worth much more than the Mustang anyway.

    Nope, been a Ford lover since I was 3 and my dad had a 53 F100.:ford: He never had anything but Fords and my grandfather too. I have had other stuff, but Ford has always been close to my heart. The bailout is not the reason I have low respect for GM.

    Great write up. I'm concerned about the large end tanks on the inter cooler. It looks like they will block a lot of air flow to the radiator. Did you notice a change in coolant temps?

    Jimmy, not sure I can explain it well. Similar to ping but louder. I have only heard it if I bog the engine.
