I soak the rear panel in Chemical Guys Hybrid V7 and hit it with a microfiber towel if it is just dusty anything more than that then, I will wait to wash it. As far as the grill goes I just wash it with the mit then spray it out with the air hose because it holds water terribly.

The seat has been in there about 3-4 weeks max. I have recently relocated the car to the garage so hopefully getting it heated up will prove to be beneficial.

If you get it tuned for the 02 sensors it would most likely pass as long as they do not look under it. Plus, you wouldn't find anyone to do the install (I don't know if you plan on doing it yourself). Because that person can be fined a hefty amount of money if they are a shop and do so. But...
