This thread has been a big influence for me in which route I was going to go. I will be joining team ProCharger in the near future. Now to figure out if I want the H.O. with the stage 2 intercooler, or if I just want to go with the entire stage 2 system and call it good.

Just want to make sure I understand the stage 2 system. That doesn't have the shared system so if the belt breaks the car will drive ok just without the supercharger working.

I'm in the same boat. Definitely going the centri route. Now just have to wait and see how people like the Vortech so I can make my final decision. Seems to come down to personal preference but I can't wait!!!

My dealership said if I mod and get any CELs to just take off the mods and then bring it back in. Could you take off the ProCharger and take it to another dealership?

So in regards to the MV act. Let's say I have a supercharger and didn't upgrade to an aftermarket half shaft and break the stock one. Ford would try to deny the claim saying you have modified your car to make more power than is stock and the stock half shaft can't handle that kind of power...

I'd be curious to know this as well. Just trying to build my knowledge base

But people with custom tunes are? I would guess the people that are going to do that stuff would want the custom tune to get the most power out of things. But that's just me playing the guessing game. I plan on just sticking with the canned tune since I can't find any place I trust near me until...

I've done some searching but haven't found much on the topic. I know people have mentioned getting better tires and upgrading parts of the suspension and transmission but figured I'd get a thread going to help organize a list of things people should get when and if they decide to get a supercharger.

I've noticed a lot of people are saying it's all about the tune (and how much you're getting on the throttle). I've asked this is other posts, but do you all consider the "canned" tunes that come from the manufacturers of the different superchargers to be safe?
