The mileage is looking pretty decent zackmd1. Surprisingly, your mileage is not too far off my versa, although I spend a lot of time between 70-80mph which my vehicle wasn't really designed for since it's more of a city car.

Maybe?

Ahh okay. The "black" wheels were the only thing holding me back from that package. I suppose I need to see them IRL because the pictures on Ford's configurator are turrible.
stuck in traffic, there was a mustang directly in front of me, a camaro to my right, and a dodge challenger directly behind me. Random.
And I don't think my versa fit in.
Awesome, that's almost the exact one that I want. I just can't wait to test drive one.
Are those the stock base wheels on yours? If so, they look much better in your pictures than on Ford's configurator.
The interstates near me (Southeast LA) have a 70mph speed limit until you get into a major city, and on my way to Tyler, TX there were some stretches with a 75mph limit. Still, I usually cruise around 73-75mph in the 70mph zones when conditions permit it.
Can you please post the instantaneous mileage readout (roughly, of course, since it varies) at 70mph and 75mph, preferably on level ground. I know most people aren't interested in mpg on a mustang, but since this would be my dd (~25k miles/year!) this is an important factor to me.
Also, please...
Actually, Ford wouldn't be waiting on test results from the EPA since they are the ones who test the vehicle and send results to EPA. So Ford should have a good idea of the fuel economy numbers by now.
I'm interested in the V6 for several reasons:
- Lower upfront costs.
- If using the recommended premium fuel in the Ecoboost, the mileage benefits likely won't pan out from a $ standpoint vs. using the recommended regular fuel for the V6. This may not be an issue if you use 87 in the ecoboost...
I'm seriously considering a 2015 mustang as my next vehicle, specifically the base v6 option. Unfortunately the 17" wheels on this model are pretty ugly (imho), and I don't like the black wheels given as the only other option with the base model. Is it possible to order wheels from one of the...
