I think i am definitely going to struggle to fit everyone in. I am 6ft 2 and i have a 2 year old in a maxi cosi tobi and a 6 week old in a maxi cosi pebble.. i dont think either child seat will fit behind me... anyone fitted either of those seats? I will find out next week anyway.. :headbang:

Its just like any other type of insurance. Ford value the extended warranty, then discount it based on how many years in advance they get the money. i.e. they are offering us an insurance policy that doesn't start carrying risk until 3 years time. so if fords cost of capital is, say, 7% then...

If the 5 year warranty extension is transferable to new owner if you were to sell it, i think its excellent value at £500. Anyone know if its transferable?

I went v8 for two reasons: 1. Its a mustang - and to ME that means V8 muscle car 2. Porsche 911, Mercedes AMG, BMW M - all have gone turbo and majority with auto boxes. I don't know how much longer we will be able to buy a brand new manual NA v8 car. I just hope it turns up.

CTEK recommendation from me as well.. make sure you get the comfort connectors. I use the recon setting on my car batteries once a year. You will get the money back from the initial outlay in extended battery life.
