FWIW my biggest disappointment with the S550 is the MT-82. I find it noisy and rather clunky. The 10 spd has been lauded by the press in other applications. That said, I won't buy a car without 3 pedals. I think I made that about as clear as mud.

From reading other threads, my understanding is that most idle issues are related to fuel quality. My EB will idle very inconsistently immediately after re-fueling as it works out the OAR.
