So if I sold my car with a $10k ADM next week when it comes in and bought a Viper ACR for under sticker, what does that make me?
From an economic point of view, the answer probably is "smart". Some people here would say I am not a loyal customer. Hmmmm, I bought the car at full price so Ford...
Mine was built 10/23 and loaded today finally.
This may give you an idea of how long it might take. My dealer had just told me yesterday that he had no clue when the car would arrive which was pretty frustrating.
When I ordered the car in June, the Ford regional person said late August build and late September delivery. I took the allocation because the dealer got only one allocation and I will pay MSRP for the car.
Not soft on wanting the car just want to know when it will get here so I can plan...
How about customer service? They allowed everyone, including me, to see a facsimile of my window sticker all the while deferring the delivery of the car. Now, even that little plus is gone with no explanation to us or dealers why the cars are not being delivered. They want halo cars, treat...
Like many others, my car sits in a parking lot awaiting shipment with no information available as to when this will be shipped. Regional people appear to be of little help since most of this is out of their hands.
Happy for those getting their cars. Drive them before it gets cold!
Looks like the length of time for delivery is now dependent on logistic issues as my dealer just called and said my car had been approved for shipping but they have quite a few cars to move so no idea when it will arrive. The regional person is to call later this afternoon and give a better idea...
My car is finished and was waiting for Ok to ship. Dealer emailed and said they received notice this afternoon that the ok to ship had been received and I should see it soon.
No speed dial yet but I buy all of my cars from this one dealer with the arrangement being invoice for all non-specialty cars and trucks and MSRP for specialty cars. I used have this same arrangement with a Chevy dealer until the owner's son pulled a $25k adm on the first ZR1 vette. No more for...
I sold my '14 GT500 with 14,000 miles. Car was a great deal of fun and the best Mustang I have ever owned. I take great care of my cars and professionally detailed every other month. I plan on driving the GT350 until the new GT500 is announced.
