  1. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

So far, couldn't be hapier. I have about 150 miles on them, but they're smooth (what brand new tire isn't), but very stable. Turn in and response is crazy sharp. Nothing but on ramps, but very confidence inspiring when pushed around those. Headed to the mountains via 500 mile road trip next...
  2. First oil change 2025 GT 350

    Ppfftttt…more like nine answers, lol.
  3. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

Something we completely agree on, lol ;). Correct, there is no industry standard and two tires of the same size will fit completely different; night and day. Too late, lol. (350 owner also) The 4S is not even neaaarrrr as sexy as this tire tho, so sometimes you gotta make sacrifices;) I...
  4. World Cup

Lucky enough, I was fortunate to get to watch three games in England. Not England games, me, in England. I got to see the England/Mexico game from a small pub just outside Oxford, the US/Belgium game from an American bar in London, and the England/Norway game from a pub in Chichester. Not a...
  5. New rear tyre help.

That’s some funny shit right there bro. Good job!! I’ll take my buldge and run it against your 37” Nitto mud boggers on any curvy road of your choosing, but great job!!:cwl:
  6. New rear tyre help.

Hey, at least we know we're discussing personal preference...based on looks and all in good fun. Totally support someone who likes what they like - except for shorter tires on the back. Now you’re subjecting yourself to ridicule. That tall ass tire does not look better, just different. Well...
  7. New rear tyre help.

This one too floating 26.3” tires. Yeah, I know it’s not a 550, but I mean, how does he (that’s me, lol) even take this thing out in public? Can you imagine how horrible this thing handles in a straight line?!?! You can almost get a flat hand AND wrist thought that gap. You mom doesn’t even...
  8. Any HP Tuners guys on here that can help me with a tuning device issue?

Last time I plugged mine in last week there was an update. I think it forced in on me anyways. Good to check for them.
  9. New rear tyre help.

Aaahh yes, I see it now. Way too much gap on these 26.3” tires…
  10. New rear tyre help.

dude, you gotta stop saying that. A ~26” tire is absolutely not too short for a mustang. Especially considering most looking into aftermarket tires and such are probably lowered. The only things needed to answer the original question is the 295 is getting pretty wide for a 9.5” wheel...
  11. Cup 2 Connect

John, the pocket for the sensor is still on these even though that system is supposedly obsolete like you said. The tech in the shop (my daughter, lol) actually noticed them and everyone was like WTF. It was funny.
  12. Cup 2 Connect

Here ya go boys and girls. Decided to roll the dice on the tire, especially with the new 240 TW. Going on the roommate tonight. They do have this tire in 305/30 & 325/30 without the rim protector like mine. If I like these, I'll probably do these on the 350 next because they look amazing...
  13. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

I whole heartedly disagree that 265/35 is too small for a 10” wheel…
  14. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

    ...and that
  15. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

You mean on a car 300+ pounds heavier and 300+ more hp??
  16. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

Weeeellllll shoot. I owe Michelin (and you guys) an apology. As it turns out, Discount got in the BMW spec 265/35 (not negligence on Discounts part BTW - they are awesome). Soooo, yesterday we/they ordered the generic, non-spec 265/35 and it does not have the rim protector. Thus I have a...
  17. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

It's a 265/35, not 30. And there's plenty of photos of the tire on a 10" wheel. I actually quite like it, and it's still in the manufacturers approved rim width for the tire. As originally stated, the 265/35 is a perfect diameter match for the 305/30 rear. Any wider (275 and up), and the...
  18. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

And the other thing Michelin does (which was more of what I was thinking about when I started this thread), even within the entire 4S family, they’ll have their premium touch sidewall design (the really cool checkered flag setup) on some sizes and not others. Soooo annoying! First world...
  19. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

Not trying to tune in anything. I already have staggered wheel sizes, and I really like the looks of a staggered fit anyways. Honestly (being honest with myself more than anything) any handling impacts will not be noticed by me. I don’t have that capability. I’m buying this tire because I like...
  20. I Hate Michelin…for this one thing!

They are not for my 350/S550 ;). It's the right/great combo with staggered sizes but matching diameter is desired. Hey Bob, what would be wrong with the 240 for the 350? They do have 305/325 30's in the new 240; why would that not be great? The overall big difference in this tire is the 240...
