Looks like you're pretty close to Dean's Performance. I've never been to them myself, but they work on a lot of older Mustangs and get great reviews. You can pretty much take it anywhere though. It's pretty hard to mess up a catback install on these Mustangs.

There's really no reason to start the car while in storage. I personally think you would be better off just unhooking the battery for the winter, jacking it up, then just change your fluids before you take off in the spring. There's really nothing wrong with letting it idle every few weeks...
