  3. Painted engine cover

I just ordered mine from JLT. Lightning Blue and Magnetic 2 tone. Came out great.
  4. Mad Mic Custom Paint

Yep. I filed a dispute with my credit card and canceled order. Bought a painted cover from JLT. Got it in 3 weeks and looks great.
  5. Mad Mic Custom Paint

Hi, just wondering if anyone on this board has delt with Mad Mic Custom Paint. He is all over Facebook and Instagram with custom airbrushed parts. I had contacted him on June 13 to do an airbrushed engine cover for my 2018 GT. He said approximately 3-4 weeks. After several messages, he finally...
  6. Steering Assist Fault Service Required Light On

You have a poor ground wire connection. Had same thing happen to me. Check ground on passenger strut tower, especially if you have installed a catch can, as some people reinstall the ground on top of catch can frame. Ground must be installed where it directly contacts the frame. Even though...
  7. 2018 Running Pony Front

Just get a drill and 7/32 bit, tape off area around the OEM Pony, and CAREFULLY drill out the tabs from the front. You can use the new Pony as a reference to locate the tabs. Literary takes 5 minutes. Easy as pie.
  8. Experience with CJPP emblems

You could always buy the Ford black ones and pick up some color matched aerosol and paint. If the CJPP ones fail, that's my back-up plan.
  9. Experience with CJPP emblems

I bought the 5.0 emblems that were $62 for the pair. Problem is the back of the emblems aren't solid, they're hollow with just thin plastic frame that leaves little for the adhesive to stick to. I just pulled them off, adhesive backing stayed on car 100%, and put a small dab of super glue on...
  10. Experience with CJPP emblems

Quality is decent. Only complaint is emblems are hollow and does not leave much for the adhesive to stick to. Had separation issues with the fender badges. Badges came loose from the 3M adhesive. I had to add some glue to the back of the emblems so they would stay attached.
  11. Timeline for Ford Racing Performance Parts to release a Performance Pack for the 2018

I'm assuming my setup gets close to the Bullitt. I've got a Lund 93 tune, JLT CAI, 170 thermostat, and Roush Axleback on my 18 GT Premium Ragtop. Car made 441hp and 388tq at the wheels.
  12. Experience with CJPP emblems

You can simply locate where the pins are on the pony and CAREFULLY use a 7/32 bit and drill the tabs out from the front. Takes less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy.
  13. 2018 GT Non-PP1 Front Emblem Swap

How much of a pain was it to drill out the tabs? Any risk of damaging the grille? Obviously, I would tape off the grille around the pony in case drill would walk on me
  14. 2018 GT Non-PP1 Front Emblem Swap

Ok, been searching for an hour and found nothing. Anyone with a new 18 or older EcoBoost with the shutters swap their front pony without removing the bumper? I've already ordered and received my replacement pony, but didn't realize my new 2018 GT has the damn shutters. So, please post...
  15. What can we do for You?

Do you have part numbers and pricing for the 2018 padded center console? Thinking of upgrading the hard plastic on my 2015.
  16. Lost Power Steering on 2015 Ecoboost!!!

Just as the title read, we were just driving along on Saturday, and BAM!! Out of nowhere, I had no power steering. Message center displayed "Steering Assist Failure, AdvanceTrac Service Required, and Hill Start Assist Unavailable". Also could not switch drive modes or steering modes. I have...
  17. Wastegate Actuator with Procal Question

Any clue what the problem may be? There has never been a CEL or code. I did notice a while back that the PCV valve hose had come loose, assuming it got bumped loose while installing the DV+, but i wouldn't think that would make a difference. Heck, never got a CEL with that loose! Without any...
  18. Wastegate Actuator with Procal Question

I've had turbocharged vehicles before, actually, my other 2 vehicles are turbo, so I'm familiar with the lag, this just seems a bit more, even more so after the tune. As far as no real power off the line, any ideas on that? My front wheel drive 1.8T Passat will even smoke the tires if I...
  19. Wastegate Actuator with Procal Question

Hi all, I have the Ford Performance Procal on my Ecoboost (2015 Auto, 3.31 gears), along with a DV+ WITH optional spring installed. Car seems to run well, with boost "kissing" 25psi under full throttle. Boost definitely went up a bit from 21-22psi on just the tune, to the 24-25psi after...
  20. Ford Racing ProCal Tune

Today, after a cars and coffee event, did a wide open run, and surprisingly, boost gauge hit 24.3 psi!! Only mods are the FP tune and DV+.
