Had anyone run any of the shifter base bushing brackets? Do they tighten up the shifts at all? I have the steeda clutch spring and a roush shift knob. Way better feeling than the stock for each.

Sounds to me like you answered your own question there. Procharger tune is probably bad. Get Lund to make a new one and try it. Other possibility is that you damaged a wire during the install of your procharger.
