well for me it was these two lines (hmmmmmmmmgggghh) made me go the extra mile to mask the bottom part.but hey, you cant go wrong with painting the whole thing.

Just did it today, spent three hours masking and sprayed four coats of Protective Enamel Satin Flat Black Spray Paint which looks quite like the side skirt and front splinter, it is not plasidip and is cheaper, however it is quite permanent though.
