You will need to elongate the holes to line up with the flange. I did that and it worked out, I used some wire snipers to cut the gasket for the bolt holes. 1 year later and they are still holding up.

I believe MAK had commented on this way back in the thread, I think it was somewhere between 10-12 HP to the wheels more with LT than with the cat deletes.
