  1. Still rockin' the factory shift knob?

White Madness Garage is so legit. They fixed my auto shifter ball on my old 2017 GT after I nicked it. I was honest, told them I did it, and they said "No problem. here is a label to send it back, we will fix it for free and send it back to you." And they did. It was awesome.
  2. Still rockin' the factory shift knob?

Nope. It's comes in the carbon sport package. Proof: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/2018-carbon-sport-interior-package-carbon-fiber-alcantara-interior-pics.103724/post-2246904 It's a Ford OEM product.
  3. Still rockin' the factory shift knob?

You probably have a carbon fiber instrument panel too. This knob is from the carbon sport package.
  4. Still rockin' the factory shift knob?

Carbon Fiber Shift knob from Ford Performance.
  5. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

I took my car in. They confirmed they can hear and feel the vibration. They want to take apart the console on Thursday of next week. Mind you I watched them actually work on the car for three hours. Mostly they tested the drivetrain to make sure it wasn't unsafe to drive. Since it was deemed...
  6. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

I called two dealers who told me I could drop my car off, but it would be a two week minimum before they could even look at it. I called Ford's customer service line, and they called another dealer in my area. They have an appointment to actually diagnose the car tomorrow at 2. No...
  7. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

This thread is huge, so forgive me for likely beating a dead horse here. I'm just dreading going to the dealer. I have a weird vibration/flutter in the Transmission tunnel. I did not notice it until after break in, while cruising at 35-55 mph. Before 1000 mile break in, I varied my rpms and...
  8. HP GT vs MACH 1

I owned a 2019 GT 6 speed. I went looking to trade it in for something a little newer. I occasionally drag race at a 1000ft track. I mostly daily drive my Mustang, but spend some time on the backroads on "spirited drives". I said all of that to say this, I test drove the Mach 1, and the 2021...
  9. Official S550 Mustang Owners Registry

2021 Race Red GT California Special manual. Traded my 2019 Velocity Blue 6 speed 401a for it. Got way more than I owed, and put some down. The 2021 is all around an improvement over the 2019. Driving with NLS just feels right at speed. And it's also smoother down low.
  10. Mach 1 Manual vs GT A-10

What if the A10 is shooting its GAU-8/A Avenger at the p51d? That would slow both of them down, the p51d considerably more so, if the bullets hit it.
  11. Mach 1 Manual vs GT A-10

He is used to the A10 and DCT in his GT500. Give him a break. Also, it's a giveaway car that's still in the break in period. He would catch a lot of flack for flogging a give away car. But even with perfect shifting and NLS he would lose to the A10. The gearing is too good.
  12. No lift shift on a 21 PP?

I had a 2019, it was indeed not there. In addition, this 2021 seems to be built better. Less rattles and squeaks. It also shifts smoother, no grinding or feeling of rowing through mud and rocks between gears.
  13. No lift shift on a 21 PP?

Same here. I don't have PP1 or PP2. I have a 2021 GT CS manual. I can NLS in normal mode. Not sure about the other modes, still breaking her in, so I haven't really been using them yet. My car is Race Red..I bet that's why. Lol.
  14. 2019 manual bogging when shifting.

I figured it was something like that. I have been driving manuals for 25 years, mostly mustangs, and never experienced this. These new cars have so many safety features.
  15. 2019 manual bogging when shifting.

When I shift at 6700 or less, I let off the gas, kick the clutch and shift from 2nd, 3rd, to 4th gear, back on the gas, zero issues. Repeat the above, only at 7000 rpms, engine rpms drop, bogs at around 6000 for what feels like two seconds at least, then starts to make power again. I have...
  16. Newbie questions about tuning and the tuning process.

That is normal. My issue is the opposite. On the flex fuel tune, it varies, sometimes its fine, other times its crisp. Then on straight E tune, it is running super rich, like 15%. And I tested the E85 TWICE. It's E85. I'll run the tank out of Flex, and then fill back up with E85 testing and...
  17. Newbie questions about tuning and the tuning process.

Not so sure now. I found and tested e85. And made sure it tested at e85. Then I filled up. Still having issues with the e85 tune and downshift revmatching. I did a complete log with stationary step revs and two or three pulls and cruising. If they don't find it this time, I'm going back to 93...
  18. Newbie questions about tuning and the tuning process.

It turns out that my issue was fuel. Not the tune. On 93, with flex fuel tune and the 91-93 tune the cars runs great and smooth. As soon as I put in what we have here, which is e70, flex fuel and e85 run weird and cause downshifting to be crazy. The car is running 15% rich. So that explains that...
  19. Newbie questions about tuning and the tuning process.

Any idea what's going on here with the downshift? Tuner is currently trying to figure it out. Log and video sent as requested. Also, that's when it just barley does the weird flux. Sometimes it's bonkers when I down shift, and I can't let the clutch back out or the car tries to buck and stall.
  20. Newbie questions about tuning and the tuning process.

I do want dialogue. I'm chill. A simple misunderstanding. BTW, you can turn off rev matching in your menu. But that's on a manual. Are you manual or Automatic?
