I did notice some liquid that dried out that came from the cap on the reservoir for the overflow. I'm not sure if the cap releases if there's too much built up.

I can appreciate that. I just think its important to figure out where your coolant is going if you have to refill it every few months. I haven't had to refill since replacing the reservoir cap. But its concerning seeing coolant getting past the brand new cap.
