I don't have pics but there is a grommet right under the battery box. It is exposed by opening up the Wheel well. It has a factory harness running through it but it has a nipple that you cut off and a #4 ran easily through it. I am sure others can point you to pictures on here somewhere.

I run the GT exhaust with a H-pipe and love it. I am being seduced by those black tips though! I wanted to change the tips on the GT exhaust to something more aggressive looking but due to the bend out of the muffler my exhaust man did not recommend it.

I purchased the LMR as well. I found it to be too flimsy and will be sending it back. I thought I could reinforce it some way but even the brackets are too thin.

The EB can run on 87 or 93. The dealer posted HP and torque numbers are based on 93. If you run 87 the HP drops to 285. The torque is almost unchanged. This was from a Ford service bulletin. The numbers do not change for the V6 as Ford specked it on 87.

I don't see away to to get decent bass without a sub. A lot of us have installed subs using a variety of amps, subs and enclosures. Figure out your goal for your bass depending on music type and volume level wants. That should help you which direction to go.
