Well the service manager at the roush dealer said the supercharger itself had a break in period but I caught him bs’ing me on a couple things so I was double checking that here.

I was afraid there was only factory roush and new car installed guys here lol. Mine went on at almost 24k miles.

Did anyone get a break in procedure when they had their kit installed?

So the steeda through bolt kit requires the threads to be drilled out?

If we were pulling the threads out of the diff I would understand the reason for the through bolt kit but we’re shearing them and those 2 kits are the same diameter, correct? The description on the through bolt kit says they are as strong as 12.9 hardware so I’m not seeing the added benefit.
