That's the message right there! Keep the customer in the loop and all is easy-peasy however, charging a card with no timeframe in place and zero communication is hardly professional.

I'm going on 2 weeks post CC charge and nothing has been delivered, and zero communications/updates. I DM'd a Vorshlag employee and emailed them yesterday. Awaiting some sort of timeline update otherwise I'll need to cut bait and go another route.

I had the same problem, replaced both under warranty.

The barrels of my CF wheels as well as my calipers have rockchips galore. I blame CA freeways.
