I had a similar problem with an 06 GT that leaked water,fortunately there was a Ford of Canada regional office near me,I showed up there and told them to fix the car or the car would be left there with the keys......low and behold by the end of the week....fixed.....sounds like I got lucky...

When I picked up my Boss in 2013 it had what looked like a perfect circle in the fender(like a centre punch)..... They had the PDR guy out .....4 hours later I couldn't even see the damage and the paint was perfect. Some of those guys are magic....I guess your dealers guy wasnt

As a former Boss owner .....don't waste your money,the biggest improvement you will notice is the engine braking.....and you will not gain any HP. Mind you the car sounded bad ass,but failed everywhere else. The Boss engine on the other hand,I do miss it
