Noise is happening after long day of driving and starting and stopping started the car yesterday morning and went on a cruise with my buddy's a few hours away started and turned off my car a few times maybe 7 and no noise when I got home I stopped to eat turned my car off and when I got back...
Doubt it's lifter knock it literally makes the noise one time and it sounds like it's coming from the clutch pedal or behind the clutch pedal on the other side of the firewall and it fires up with no crank then if I restart the car multiple times after the noise is gone
So when I let my car sit for about an hour or 2 I start it and it makes a weird clicking noise and just starts pretty much no crank noise then I turn it off and restart it and it starts like normal two or three cranks and starts I'm running a Paxton with 1000cc injectors, boost to pump, jlt...
Yeah it could have been a bunch of things that made it but it's not making that noise anymore so that's good could have been the motor getting the oils throughout the motor
Did any of you get a weird noise when you first started the car with new oil pump gears like the engine barely priming oil into oil pump and gears are slightly dry
The only odd part is I only got one camshaft sensor not both and I only have one cylinder misfire and I just though it was odd because they work in unison so it would have been both a and b
Also when I idle car sounds perfect doesn't sound like anything is wrong i drove the car an hour home and car ran perfect so idk if it could just be a tune issue I am still on the base Paxton tune through Lund still just data logged waiting on a revision
These are the codes that popped up guys
P0017
P0302
P0630
U0422
The last code I figured out its cause I have performance pack wheels and I forgot to tell them and I have a non performance pack car
And I'm thinking code number two might be spark plug cause I did change them
