first off, im aware of how air ride and lowering affects camber. thanks for the lesson tho. if you want to get so technical, how about analyzing and calculating actual section width of tires between brands to achieve the "flush" look because a 305 is never the same across the board. the simple...
why is it that every single spoiler made for this car has so many odd raised or cut out areas? i wish i could explain it more clearly...the stock gt spoiler that has raised ends, the cdc spoiler with the lowered center section, the roush spoilers with the center section of the top sunk down an...
we have 365hp awd ecoboost taurus', same motor in the explorer sport, caprice with the 355hp 6.0, and chargers with the 370hp 5.7. pursuits arent about straight acceleration, its about sustainable speed for long periods of time, and handling well at speed. it would be dumb to think that a...
Before the world of "bolt on" modifications, damn near all exhausts were welded, and most any car that is built by anyone who knows what the hell they are doing will be fully welded. the clamps are simple a way for people to do it in a garage with a sawzall and a socket set, larger customer...
i run 10.5 et30 and its 2-4mm poke front and 4-6mm rear lowered on sportlines without alignment. use http://www.willtheyfit.com/ to determine how wide you can go. vossen TUCKS x12 et50 on air ride.
the rear will not work, and by not work, i mean they will stick out mexi-flush 20-25mm(about an inch) even with 1.8-2* camber. i can promise you that. i have 10.5 et30 with super stretched 255s and most people hate my wheels because i have 4-5mm of poke and camber. the rear wheel would be a...
the damn suitcase resonator destroys all natural exhaust noise. the tune on these is pretty solid so theres not a ton of excess fuel to make it crackle like the older ones, at least from what ive heard
my 18s to 20s swap was drastic for me. car felt mushy, floaty, and non responsive on 18s, its snappy and stiff on 20s. find some stock 18" take offs for cheap, throw them on and see how she feels. worst case you resell them for minimal/no loss.
VelossaTech how about an add on rear diffuser option for us base rear bumper guys...a few small places are doing them and charging $300+ for glass or cf pieces. maybe 2 diffuser wings per side and some side spats that match the side skirt...
they are usually in specialty units, maybe chp or a highway unit could use them, unmarked gang unit, etc. but they usually use bikes or a vehicle that was seized thats capable. theres enough pursuit capable sedans(caprice, taurus, charger, and now the explorer) that are easily able to run down...
BigEasyGT ill take some tomorrow in the daylight...they poke pretty good to be honest. the poke is barely 2-4mm front, and prob 4-6mm rear at the current camber, which i didnt have to adjust after i dropped it on sportlines. id guess 1.5-1.8*
based upon your use of the words "catched" and "swirly", its probably for the best that you should not operate your motor vehicle on ANY road at speeds anywhere near that.
