That sounds exactly the same as the dealer I ordered my 2017 order from. As for people saying the adm prices will go down, I think it's possible, but I also think most of the R allocations will be gone by then. I think if you want one, you are going to have to either pay adm, get really...

Gt350R definitely...I have never heard an engine that sounded as good as the GT350's

For that matter, is there really any way to even be sure a dealer has an allocation, other than taking their word? I really like the gt350, and have one on order, but the manner in which they have been sold seems to leave a lot to be desired on many levels...

While I agree with that sentiment as an ideal, reality unfortunately does not work that way. As long as one person gives in, that's all it takes. That ship sailed long ago, and now you either give in and pay to play or you hope you get lucky and get a deal, while realizing that you may not get...

How soon after a dealer places your order in for a gt350 does the order show up on the public COTUS portal? I can't find this information, and I just want to be able check on the status from time to time. My dealer placed the order yesterday, and I have the dealer code and the order number...

That's not exactly the same. I was told an allocation was available, and got an order confirmation printout. It also is at one dealership. How many dealerships should one put money at to get in line and hope? All I'm saying is that it costs nothing to keep a waiting list, and money should only...

I just ordered a 2017 'R' model (I was lucky to catch an allocation lead from R_gt_Donson) from a dealer at $15k adm. The dealer was upfront about the adm as we're all of the dealers I spoke to, and said it was not negotiable. This one asked for $7k down upfront to get the allocation and order...
