Yes looks like it’s chafing a bit, metal on metal. Perhaps it’s a tight tolerance issue and it’s not supposed to touch anything. Seems like once it’s installed, the tech needs to make sure it’s not contacting the block or whatever it’s touching. But anyhow, Ford will pay again for the fix.
