I've noticed that the clowns in Zeebrugge have sprayed underseal on parts of my alloys. Can anyone recommend a good way to remove this without damaging the paintwork on the wheels?

Interesting thoughts, chaps. I was thinking it might have been coming from the rear diff, but never considered the exhaust. The exhaust is stock btw. I'll see if I can pinpoint where it's coming from next time I'm out. Nookie Lol!

Has anyone else notices a metallic resonating sound when driving? Its hard to pinpoint where it's coming from, but is more noticeable at lower speed. It might be coming from the rear diff... The best I can liken the sound to is the sound of a tuning fork after its been struck.

I've just heard back from Ford and they've told me to jog on. I'll hang on for the Manders process and raise it as a complaint. Just out of interest, does anyone think that the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (formerly VOSA) would be interested?

So, do they treat it differently if I say "the underseal is rubbish, please fix it" as opposed to "I want to complain about the underseal"?

Mine has 850 miles and I've just noticed this when changing to D, R and S. I also notice it sometimes when changing gear with the paddle shifters. Email to my dealer...

I just saw it again today. I have a feeling it belongs to the owner of Hendy Ford.

So, Ford's CRC have told me that no repair is necessary which is not good enough. I've asked for this to be escalated. We'll see what happens next...

I heard back from the CRC today. There's no news yet, but they will update me on the 28th. I'm hoping this means it's being taken seriously and being looked into. We'll see what happens...

I've got a complaint in with Ford's customer relationship centre. I suspect I'm going to get fobbed off, after which point I'll push for it to be escalated. I'll then get fobbed off again. I think by that point I can say I've made a reasonable attempt to resolve it with Ford. Beyond this, what...
